The County of Wayne does not have a zoning ordinance. Restriction can be individual to deed. Please refer to your deed to see if restrictions are placed upon you.
COMMERCIAL
Kentucky State Law requires you to have a building permit on commercial construction. For more information please contact the Wayne County Judge's Office at 606.348.4241.
